This line is suitable for different type of products, such as doors, kitchen doors and panel in general. Boards are loaded manually in the first transport belt, then they are polished with a brushing machine. The reciprocating machine can be equipped with all the most common spraying systems. The automatic product recovery device from the belt allows a significant paint saving.
The drying process is realized in a vertical oven with belt floors. The air is heated by water coil. A perfect drying is obtained thanks to an automatic temperature control system.
