This line is designed for stair's component. Boards are loaded manually in the first transport belt, then they are sanded with a brushing machine and dusted with a cleaning machine. The reciprocating machine can be equipped with all the most common spraying systems. The automatic product recovery device from the belt allows a significant paint saving.
The drying process is realized in a vertical oven with belt floors. The air is heated by water coil. A perfect drying is obtained thanks to an automatic temperature control system. Next oven cure UV waterbase paint with two lamps. The plant has a transport belt where, manually, panel are tilted and then, with a transversal transfert pieces return in line.
