Plant for base and top coat painting of bath furniture components.
The MDF panel may have a part of the surface covered by melamine paper.
The edges are preliminary sealed with the GEMINI system.
First the panel is dusted, than a base product is applied with a roll coater and gelled through an UV lamp.
Afterwards the base coat  is sprayed with an oscillating machine equipped with a water curtain filtering system.
The solvent  evaporation is realized in a multi-layer oven.
The complete drying is assured with the 3 lamps UV drying oven.
The sanding is performed out of the line.
The finishing is achieved on the same line. In this case base coat is not applied with a roll coater. The tunnel in pos. 8 is started and by means of low pressure UV lamps allows adjusting the product matt.
The pieces are then conveyed towards the brushing process.
