Automatic spraying machine for 300 mm. wide profiles

The linear spraying machine mod. CSP/L has been designed in order to satisfy the painting requirements on both wide and short profiles. The motorized rolls transport system allows a correct feeding of pieces up to 330 mm. short. This machine allows the automatic spraying in line of varnishing products on valances, match boarding, door and window parts, furniture elements etc. up to 300 mm. wide. Inside a spacious spraying cabin there is a large vat, where 4 or 6 guns can be placed. A special dry filtering device allows the retaining of the dust produced during the spraying phase. A PLC control system, equipped with a big display, checks all the machine functions. Every kind of automatic spraying guns (HVLP, low pressure, air mix or airless) can be assembled on this machine.
