Automatic spraying machine with continuous belt

The linear spraying machine mod. FPC has been realized for the automatic spraying in line of water-based and UV paint on small sizes wooden profiles. Transport by means of a continuous belt made of a special material. The cleaning system equipped with scrapers assures both the cleaning and the recovering of the over-spray settled on the belt.A wide spraying booth contains two or three suction vats where two or three spraying guns (each vat) can be placed. A PLC control system, equipped with a big display, checks all the machine functions.
