The design has been realized to be very flexible in order to host different kind of thermal components used in the flash off and drying process. This oven is the ideal machine for the flash off and drying of varnished products.
The variable speed transport takes place by dust varnished rollers motorized by a double row of parallel chains. The Tunnel is insulated and side doors guarantee an easy access.
Numerous drying modules are available, with laminar air, hot and cooled air, TL-IR-NIR-UV lamps.
