Machine composed of two modules. Fastening module: realized to apply strips of adhesive tape (in clear or coloured PVC, standard sized rolls) on the spiral of the packaging material to avoid the possible detaching during the packages separation. Separating module: separates and deposits on collecting baskets the wrapped packages (and, sometimes, labelled packages: labeller is available on request). Forward feed with a series of lower rubberized rollers motorized to guarantee a perfect synchronism of the packages feed. Protection mechanical bars interlocked through safety limit switches. Separator with pieces detecting system. Liquid crystal display.
