The automatic off-loader model SCS has been realized to pick up mouldings, picture frames, and linear profiles from working lines. Pieces coming from lines are translated on transversal deposit belts to be manually picked up in batches. Their handling occurs without touching mechanical parts to preserve the perfection of the surface finishing. In-feed roller conveyor at variable speed in continuous through inverter. Rollers covered by special rubberized sleeves to better adherence and reduce vibrations on the piece. N° 4 deposit arms with belts. Pieces detecting system on the roller conveyor through electronic bar.
