The Polish Group Cersanit S.A. is one of the major European companies in the production and distribution of products for bathroom finishing and furniture.

The company intended to improve the coating cycle of wooden products (bathroom cabinet doors). Their aim: produce more in less time, saving paint and targeting to economic and environmental sustainability keeping the quality unchanged.

For this reason they addressed to Makor.

Our solution: the “GEMINI cycle”.

Thanks to GEMINI edge filling cycle, emissions and base coats have been reduced on the product, in some cases, “MDF products with Melamine”, they are completely eliminated.

This new cycle decreases processing times as well, matching perfectly the new productive philosophies and with increasingly green production.
