Linear tunnel built to accelerate the drying in line of water based paints applied on mouldings, picture frames, and linear profiles by the use of special catalytic heaters, gas fed, and IR ray emissions. Heaters, placed on top and bottom, allow drying 4 sides of profile.
Parts are handled supporting their lower base on special “V” shaped blades with anti-drip device. Suction hoods equipped with exhauster. Gas feeding system complete with all required automatisms and safety devices. Plc control system, 5 languages, and feed speed reading with two metrical systems.
Ideal to dry water based coating products both on 3 and 4 sides
