Closed loop finishing systems for doors, particularly suitable for door high productions, doors with assembled frames, smooth doors, MDF doors, solid wood and coated doors.
The system consists of a closed loop handling system. Doors, after the loading station, go to the coating station, and then to the drying area, to reach the unloading station when the cycle is completed.
Doors are coated on two faces automatically. Coating is available both with robotic arms and high-performance oscillating arms. Automatic loading and unloading systems are also available.
