The machine model STM 1 has been designed to make decorations on mouldings, picture frames and profiles by hot engraving wheels with customized decorations. It has been built to automate its use in completely automatic lines equipped with loaders and unloaders, managed by a single operator. Metal sheet structure and steel tubular. Forward feed made of lower metal rollers, motorized at variable speed. Set of “V” shaped rollers and relevant support systems. Side guides in steel profile. N° 1 engraving unit realized by spindle with wheel holding shaft, sustained by special high temperature resistant bearings.
